Are you looking to go beyond traditional training and explore a deeper connection with your horse? Horses are highly sensitive to human energy. When we learn to quiet our minds and drop into true presence, it creates a beautiful space for your partnership to evolve and for your horse to naturally heal.
As Energy Practitioner and certified Meditation teacher, I translate deep mindfulness techniques into practical tools you can use right in the paddock to release stress and find emotional alignment.
What We'll Explore Together
We work 1:1 right beside your horse at your property in a relaxed, quiet setting. These sessions focus on slowing down your own thoughts to encourage your horse to relax alongside you:
- Slow Down & Calm: Quiet, synchronised breathing and simple exercises to drop your own tension before you even handle your horse, allowing them to mirror your calm.
- Promote Relaxation: A gentle-focus approach intended to help identify where your horse may be holding emotional or physical pain, offering a supportive space for them to physically unwind.
