Join a gentle, intimate healing circle guided by a practitioner whose shamanic awakening began unexpectedly — and whose Peruvian lineage now shapes the way she supports others.
This is a true shamanic healing session, not a class. You’re welcome to sit comfortably or lie on a mat while our healing facilitator Marisol moves through:
You don’t need to do anything. You don’t need to believe anything. Just come as you are — sit, rest, dance, or lie down — and allow the healing to meet you where you are.

This intimate group healing session is not a class. You can sit comfortably or lie down on a mat while our healing facilitator Marisol focuses on helping your system shift out of stress mode and into its natural healing state. You’ll also learn simple ways to activate your own healing response, so the benefits continue long after the session ends.
There’s no pressure to participate in any specific way. Just bring yourself, breathe, and let your body do what it knows how to do.

Start your week with calm. Join a gentle group meditation and breathwork session designed to reset your nervous system and clear mental clutter. These sessions are led by Marisol Miro Quesada at Okines community House.
When: Starts May 4, 2026. Mondays 7:30pm - 8:30pm

Cost: Free, donations appreciated.
What to bring: We recommend you wear comfy clothes, BYO blankets, pillows, yoga mats.
